Do I need a second photographer at my wedding?
If you want both preps covered I can only be in one place at a time. Especially if you are getting ready in different locations. It will also cover two angles of the ceremony, speeches etc. If you value candid photos, a second shooter will ensure you get plenty of these.
Do we need to feed our wedding photographer on the day?
That would be lovely! Wedding days are long. If a full day can be 10 to 12 hours with my travel each end. We obviously need to take breaks. A proper meal is crucial for keeping energy levels up. I am always grateful for a lovely dinner.
How will our wedding photos be delivered?
Via a private online gallery which is password protected. The images are FREE to download and i highly recommend you save them to either a memory peg or a hard drive for extra safe keeping.
How long do we have to download our wedding photo gallery?
12 months. If it has not been downloaded within this time, I will email you to just remind you. If you'd like to keep your online gallery after 12m it's £45 per year.
Can we see a fully finished wedding gallery?
Yes - with previous clients permission I will happily send over some full galleries. Ideally shot around the time you are planning to get married so you have an accurate idea of colours and lighting. Or even of your venue if I have shot there.
Do we get the unedited wedding photos?
No. Your gallery and all the images will be fully edited. After all it's what I am being paid for. For this reason it's crucial you choose a photographer who's style of editing is to your taste. We are all different so there are plenty to choose from.
Do we cover the fuel costs for our wedding photographer ?
No. I travel anywhere in the UK at no extra cost to you. My price for London weddings carries a premium as the cost of trains and hotels in London is a lot higher. This is why London bookings are priced separately.
How do we order prints from our wedding gallery?
When you receive your gallery you will see a little shopping cart icon in the corner. You can add images to the shopping cart and order prints directly from the same professional printers that I use. I stand by their quality and highly recommend their prints. I am always happy to advise which type of paper you can print on.
Can we share our wedding gallery with friends and family?
Yes. Your gallery has a share button and you can send it onto your loved ones IF you want to. They will also be able to download images for free and order any prints they want.
If you wish to keep certain photos private - you can hide them from view of anyone else who receives the gallery.
